We put out a "Calling all trombones" e-mail for the Bones of Intention and all our friends far and wide. The outpouring of support was very gratifying. Along with the Capital City Brass Quintet and strings from the Lake Murray Symphony (both of which John had also been a part) much music was provided before, during, and after his memorial service in a moving performance of great music and shared stories of John and his exploits.
Our program of music in tribute to John and a celebration of his life is below.
